Does anyone have pictures of how the stacks come up other than through the bed. I have an 11' flatbed that I need all the space for cargo and can't have the heat, there is room between the edge of my flatbed and the cab of the truck but I would have to come outside the frame somehow. Any suggestions, and does anyone run mufflers with a single or dual stack setup?

Nice bumper and grill guard, where did they come from? I ended up routing my stack about like you did.

Took a pix of the Prozap bumper and welding shop that made my aluminum bed also did the bumper. Paid $500 for material, labor and installation. Welder wanted to make the bumper out of aluminum, which in hind sight I should have done. Elected to use steel because I was going to put a receiver hitch on it then decided I didn't need it. Anyway it is real strong, took out couple of rocks from a rock wall while making a real tight turn. Bumper only had scratched paint which a spray can of gloss black took care of.

I sure would like a set but I think my wife would draw the line putting a set on. Ummm Better start persuading her.

there is a member on here called BIG DQ he has some very nicely done stacks throught the bed on his 2500. he went past them on the inside of the frame and then over te top of the frame and back to the stacks with 4" flex pipe. they are nice #ad

but dont call them stacks, he reffers to them as "COOLING TOWERS" #ad

I don't remember who it was , but someone in the TDR had a single pipe coming through the bed then to a closed up piece of square tube to 4' stacks I liked em' lots of volume and only one hole in the bed. T'd try a search for stacks.

Todd T & Maint. man . . that is how I was planning on building my "Cooling Towers". If I install the HX40 or other higher flow turbo I should be able to run 5" from the turbo back and up thru the bed then split into dual 4" "Smoke ejection Tubes". . #ad

Hey Frank. Did you decide to take the single stack back off? Or do you just want to add another one on the drivers side? I hope you were satisfied with the one I put on for you. I do have to admit it wasn't the best I've ever done, but then again we couldn't come up with all the pieces we needed. If you do put duals on I want to take a ride with you. I've been batting around the idea of putting another on my truck also. I get sick as hell of hearing people tell me that I need another stack! Nitwits! Talk to ya later. Jason

Actually I started this post before I got serious about putting a stack on. You put mine on about a month after the first post. I haven't quite decided on a second stack yet. Funds just got tight, I bought a house and the neighbors already frown on my flatbed, even more with the single stack, the double might just get me kicked out of the neighborhood association. I do like the sound though. Thanks again for the help, it couldn't have happened without you.
