hey all. did some work on my head tonight. i'll put some pics up. did i do ok? all i did was match the ports on the turbo/manifold and head/manifold and smooth out the area around the valves. anything other spots to focus on while i'm at it?

the top one is before, middle is after. the bottom one is after as well. oh yeah, i haven't polished anything yet. haven't gotten the bits.

If you looking for products to help with porting and polishing look at standard abrasives I use there products alot and really like them.

where were ya 10 days ago??? that was all i ended up doing because i didn't want to hit any water holes. well, that and hog the **** out of the hot side. couldn't find much instruction on porting the head, i was broke that week (couldn't buy any long bits), and i was pretty excited to get 'er back together. ya, i know :{ :{ , but i'm planning to tear the whole thing apart next summer and do a full performance rebuild. with high manifold pressures in mind.

but now that she's back together with that stuff, rpm spring, fuel pin, repaired throttle linkage (sleeved the rotating shaft on the thing that connects the cable to the rod, which netted me at least 1/2" more travel), did the timing, and i can't remember what else, runs prit-t nice. only need a 1/4" of pedal to to cruise at 65! lot more fun to drive. it's already made a couple people decide to either get a dodge, or if they already have one, BOMB the heck out of it. :D
