Stainless Hood Shield

Looking for all the alternatives to protect
front of hood.
Like to stay away from "Bug Deflectors".
Have looked at clear plastic.
Now wondering about Stainless. Anyone,know how it looks. thx

Fuzz, it looks great, I have it on my '99... it just does'nt work worth a hoot. Bug juice all over my windshield... . Had the Mopar black plastic on my '95, worked great. . did'nt look like much though. Form before function ???or... . ?

Stainless looks great!! Dosen't keep too much off the winshield but protects the paint. Have one on my 99' just can't figure out how to put it in readers rigs

For SS Hood Shields, check out Cabela's magazine for hunting,fishing,outdoor gear. The phone 3 is: 800-237-4444, or www.cabelas.com. The SS Shields for Chevy and Ford or formed nicely but for the Dodge they are just straight pieces of metal. They look good but they would force you to push more wind. They are about $100.

I have the stainless shields on my 96 and they work well and look good. I think Geno's sells them.

Thanks all. I ordered a set from Geno's. Look great, in my opinion. Don't know how functional as far as keeping bugs off yet.
They will definately protect front of hood and fenders. Just what I wanted.
