Crazy Horse, It seems to me your problem is your lift pump. We have had that trouble quite a bit and when you check the pressure at the filter port it is usually 0. Usually you have this problem with a set of injectors or a fueling box we've had the problem with both. The Lift pumps on these trucks do not run well on stock trucks more less modified ones. If it's under warranty take it in. And if you've heard of how these trucks defuel ususally in 99 avoid from doing it... IT WILL EAT YOUR POOR LITTLE VP44, we've had that done also. So there is my two cents worth, Blackdog is about to put a Holley lift pump on his truck it has a external regulator to regulate the psi to 15 or so. Be Good.
