Red Wings could be on to something 5-1. Exciting game, too many penalties for the Av's.

I went to Detroit from northern michigan on thursday of last week(4/24) to watch game one. It was worth the late night drive, getting home at 3 a. m. , while having to be at work at 7 a. m. I still say Avs would be a tough team if they dont have to come from 4 goals down in the first period every game. Game 1 they almost tied it up with a minute to go.

No fluke...

It is no fluke that Detroit is #1 in western div, they are a strong team. The Avs have come into round two with no strategy to beat the lines of Detroit. The Wings have Theos #, and have been bouncing, skipping, and charging the net with shots, something he has not been able to handle. Colorado needs to start forechecking better, better passing, and they need to attack the puck on mid ice instead of letting it into the zone. I would say let Budaj play game three, change up the lines, use speed to throw all that power off, they cannot win the game on the boards with Detroit, they have to move to net...
