Star Scan?

Where can I get my hands on a STAR SCAN tool? I'd like to take a look/change a few things..... one of them being my high Idle, which dosen't work.

I checked that link on my computer before I posted it & it worked fine. Tried it on my laptop & you are right, it didn't work!!#@$%!
