Just getting started on the twins in my Superduty and all I can say you Dodge guys have it easy. There is no room for anything, no matter which way I move I'm running into something. I think I've got it figured out thanks to Nathan Wright, he answered a lot of questions I had and spent a lot of his time on the phone with me. I know one thing, if he was closer I would surely have him do them, it would be worth every penny. I don't know too many vendors in this business that would spend that long helping someone do something on their own that they themselves do for a living, if that makes any sense.

That's a nice looking overflow tank... . build it yourself? I have considered making one to free up some space back in the corner of my Dodge, but have so far decided against it due to the increase in work (fabbin it up), cost, and weight... . Of course, I'm sure yours was out of necessity more than anything. I have a buddy that makes a lot of tanks similar to yours for use on modified and super stock race cars.

Looks good Kai, I've been following the progress on your conversion and it looks very professional. I'll see if we can't stuff a 06 Cl in my ole' 97:-laf

Kai, yes I built it and it was out of necessity. The stock Ford one would not work with the huge fan on the Cummins.

Alan, I was watching that 06 motor on ebay and saw that you won it, congrats. Thanks for the compliment, I'm sure yours will turn out great as well. Feel free to give me a shout if you have any questions.

Thanks Kai, I might need your help. Rockin S has the adaptors on order and the PCS for the trans. Rocky and I are starting to gather parts and hope to start getting that bad boy installed. We're starting out mild and then going wild:-laf

We're starting out with valve springs, studs and a cam while the motor is on the stand. A pair of turbos looks like a fun project have fun. .

Thanks, its taking me longer than I would like it to. I have only been able to work on it a few hours here and there. Need to get it done this week though since I'm leaving for Fl. on the 9th.

Here are a few close ups of the finished bracket for the primary charger.

Kai, the project is looking great so far. Just so you know, if you need any advice on building the twins for your truck, you should PM Brad Ponci(BPonci on here) because he's very familiar with the task at hand. He built the twins that are in Rick Newland's Cummins powered F550.

It's Alive

Twins are done Oo. I need to get a boost gauge in the cold pipe to see what the primary is doing. Have not had it to the wood yet but at half to three quarter throttle I'm seeing 45-50psi. Had to clean out my shorts after the ic pipe boot blew at 50psi . Need to get a bead on the pipe and maybe weld on some tabs to tie them together with a bar. Boost is instant, no lag whatsoever. I'll post more feedback after I get the gauge and see exactly whats going on. So far I really like them, the driveability is great, did I say no lag yet :D. Here are a few shots of the finished product.
