Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) starter fuse blowing

i have had to keep replacing starter fuses under the hood of my truck, some times it cranks slow for a second and then starts cranking fine. one day after it started it kept cranking turned the key off it kept cranking finally turned the key two or three times and it stopped, any help greatly appreciated i am thinking that it is the starter solenoid. thanks in advance

sounds like your starter solenoid contacts are sticking.

they sell new improved contacts that are bigger and won't wear out as fast.
