BIG, It is different than stick framing. I like the concept. Looks like you have a very high 'R' value insulation with about 5- 1/2" of foam.

I do stick framing with 2x6 16" centers exterior walls and R-21 fiber-glas exterior wall insulation and R-38 fiber-glas ceiling with 6-12 pitch metal roof. I brick the outside of the entire exterior walls. I heat both floors with hot water radiant heat. We built my son's house that way, but with a very different roof.

Sounds like you know your way around a jobsite Grizz. the R value on the panels depends on the type of foam that is used, we went with EPS? I could be wrong on the abbreviation on that but its lots thicker and more dense than the poly type cost was a little more. But with us cutting our own window and door openings it worked out to be about equal in cost there are different wall thickness that can be had with this also.

Our place and our Sons have a walk out basement, the house was built on a terrace we dug out some of the terrace and used ICF (insulated concrete forms) to pour the 3 basement walls and floor in one monolithic slab of concrete, I put Simpson ties thru the forms and into the concrete. So later on the outside of the wall I used roofing tar with roofing felt then Dura rock cement board so I could cover the exposed outside of the wall with man made stone it looks like river stones were used to form the foundation. This is what the ICF forms look like just a Lego type thing with rebar both vertical and horizontal worked out pretty well.
