Starting New Central Va. TDR Chapter!

FYI. We are putting on a lunch and have about 13 gents meeting this Saturday about 15 miles east of Richmond, Va. 3/10/07. Any and all are welcome (providing you have a cummins, HA,HA) to join us. Hoping to sign up 10 new TDR memebers right now, but more are welcome. We are starting around 10am til whenever. Lunch will be provided. This is also a working get together so if you have a project, bring it on. So far there is a lift kit, 2 lukes links, TC switches and a fuel plate mod. Should be an exciting day. A good time was had by all. Thanks to Buddy for the use of his house, Cashin and rbassetti for setting things up, and everybody else for showing up.
Looks like we will be starting a Chapter once we get the paper work straight and figure out a name. We had around 11 guys throughout the afternoon, and at least 5 more that couldn't show up because of work and other obligations. We (Cashin) installed 2 luke's links on a 2000 and 2002 Ram. Personally I ate too much chicken, hot dogs and hamburgers We took a look at each others trucks ranging from a 1993 w/227K on it, to a couple of 06's and from stock to a you've done what? Even had a visit from Trooper Bob. (Honest officer, we don't know where those 50' black marks came from. Yes I know they started from our driveway, but it wasn't us. And I have no idea where the smoke came from either. Could you please cancel the fire department?:-laf Sweet Charger. That thing gotta HEMI?)
There was talk about having a day or camping trip up to the D-Day Memorial in Bedford in late July. Maybe the Blue Ridge guys would want to meet up too.

Unless someone has something to wrench on, there is talk about doing a Saturday a. m. breakfast somewhere and seeing if we can get the July trip to the D-Day Memorial set up. Let me know who's interested.

Alright guys, I'm suggesting either April 14th or 28th to get together for breakfast and S. T. S. Anybody else interested. Cold Harbor Restaurant in Mechanicsville is good, or we can go more towards Williamsburg.
