So i'm thinking my bilsteins are shot already. I've had them on for about 30k, and am in no way faulting the shock. I'm faulting California's beautiful, well maintained roadways
. I hadn't had death wobble in the 130k miles i've had the truck, but in the last month have been able to do it nearly on command. After reading for hours about death wobble (not trying to open that can of worms) i decided to get started. I replaced the tires yesterday with 285/75 17 Terra Grapplers. Amazing tire but i'm still getting a lot of bounce in the front end. I can feel the wobble trying to come back at any time. I have Carli's springs and the Bilstien 5100's. My question is, what's the latest and greatest for a solid heavy duty shock? Anybody running Fox? I'd hate to think i've got to replace these things this often but i'll do what i have to do. Thanks in advance.
