Reminds me of the last time I was heading west across I-84 in PA, maybe 10 miles up into the Poconos. On the CB, I heard a cop asking truckers to create a rolling roadblock to contain a stolen vehicle. Then calling, 'shots fired' and telling the truckers to back off and let the miscreant through. It was about 10 miles behind me. This was Dec. 11, IIRC.
