Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
A funny thing happened after I had the truck inspected this weekend. I moved it into the next bay and up on the lift - muffler off - genos muffler eliminator pipe on. Sounds so SCHWEET . . . set off my first car alarm on the way home today:-laf
Even though my truck has 94k on it my exhaust Guru was able to save the muffler . . . just in case. There is no way short of a saw I would have gotten it off in my driveway and would have trashed the muffler - although I doubt I'll ever need it again.
Seems as if there's a bit more pep out of the hole - no it's not just the noise - I'm talking seat of the pant's with the tunes blastin pep. Just a tad not a bunch.
