Steering box plate

The steering box adapter plate on my 92 broke off recently. [steel plate between box and frame] I had a repaired plate from the first one that broke a few years ago. Need to know if anyone has a source. Nearest dealer is 70 miles. Over the phone the parts dept. cannot find the plate. This time the one that broke is too twisted to repair without a template.

Any help would be appreciated.

Lol. I remember that issue with the crew cab. It was not far from ripping off.
