Thanks to all of you who replied on my earlier Track Bar post. Im thinking now I might have a different problem. I had my wife run the steering wheel earlier today on some concrete while I watched the front end. My track bar has a Luke's Link on it, and seemed to be anchored to the frame quite well. As she turned the steering wheel, I watched the steering shaft motion as well as pitman arm motion off the steering box. The steering shaft has some play in the U-joints, but they aren't completely "out". The steering shaft was moving in a regular fashion, but the pitman arm was barely moving compared to the 'input' revolutions of the steering shaft. I have adjusted my steering gear once before, 1/4 of a turn about 3 years ago. Is it time for another adjustment, or perhaps a new gear? A Borgeson steering shaft was being planned on as well for next month. 2" level kit probly after the first of the year to get Luke's Link away from the front diff. (Thought about 3rd gen conversion, but as I said the link seems to be doing its job)

Thanks for the input!

The stock steering box is not very good after a few years, the support made by DT works well, But an after market box works better with the support
