On my way home tonight my steering got really loose and i was only a block from home and when i got home i got under the truck and saw the nut was gone off of my steering box shaft and the steering arm was about to fall off of the spilnes, does anyone know what size that nut is and thread pitch? Is there suppose to be a lock washer on that shaft?

Call Darrin at solid steel in Canada he makes a replacement nut/shaft that is used on his steering support system

You need a lock washer too. The stocker was about 3/16ths thick. So find one similar that'll fit over the shaft. The stock nut takes a 1-5/16 socket. Cant help with the threads
