2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Steering Column at firewall clunk/noise?

Yes Dave, I am on Dodgetalk and I used your product successfully. I tried to get a hold of you to send back the replacement that you sent me but I never got a response from you... anyway I passed it on to a needing Ram about 6 month ago. Let me know if you want me to pay you for it. If you don't remember, you sent me a replacement bushing because I thought for sure that the one I got was out of tolerance, whence I finally got around to checking it all out I found the problem to be elsewhere (about 6 months after you sent the replacement BTW, I work fast I know)... . but I have to say your customer service is bar none.

I put up with the clunk for to long. The install was easier than I thought it would be, I just split the spring retainer and it all came off. this little part has to be one of the best improvments I have ever done to my truck. should have done it sooner. I thought I had an issue in the very cold (-30 or lower) but it turned out to be a power steering fliud change that cured things.

I'd recommend you install it asap, even if it's not your only problem, it will make things better.
