Good call. Nylon ones I am not fond of as I have had those loosen before!

No one wants loose nuts.

However there are quite a few on this forum.

Do you have the bolt thread size handy? Mine came loose a while back, and the way it's driving, feels loose again.

The bolt size on the gear box bracket to frame? I believe it is 1/2" without checking.

Yeah, it's standard 1/2x20 or 5/8x20tpi, IIRC. I just moved mine out of the shop, and I'm not going wading in Lake FontYard to go look... ...
