2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Steering Gear adjustable?

Hey guys, I know about the Death Wobble and all that stuff, and actually eliminated it on my rig. I installed new tie rods and a new track bar complete with Luke's Link, then centered my steering wheel. I havent put the DSS on, because I dont feel its necessary. I was wondering if the steering gear on my '02 was adjustable, pretty sure thats where my small amount of freeplay is left. Any help?

TSB 19-10-97 should work model year 2002.
