2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Steering linkage change

Hi all,

I'm planning to upgrade the steering linkage from the Y style to the T style on my 95 Dodge. Can anyone tell me if I can use the same drag link adjusting sleeve and tie rod end at the Pitman arm that are currently on the truck? When checking part numbers for the tie rod end at the Pitman arm I see alot of different part numbers depending on the year.
