Has anyone tried correcting this with adjusting air pressure from side to side. We were talking at work about it (NASCAR talk) so I staggered the front with 5lbs more in the right side.

HEY ! When my '03 was 1 1/3 years old (17K), took to dealership, told them it was pulling, when they ask me what side, i said "you drive and tell me"! Well, they did, after 4 3/4 hours, had a NEW steering box! I payed for an alignment only, they said box cost over $1000!!!! It fixed the pull... totally. Also. someplace in these threads is well written report on how to set the alignment...

I would think the steering box method would be a likely answer.

Does anybody know if they will still cover it under warranty if I took it in with the problem before my 3/36 expired and they did not fix the problem then?

Thanks for the replys,

Craig

Had mine to the dealer twice and was told the alignment was

"within spec". Went to a well know alignment shop in Salt Lake City, and he aligned it. No longer pulls to right.

It is sad when Dodge won't recognize this problem with most 3rd Gen trucks and refuses to take care of it.

I've already had my steering gearbox replaced once. Probaly 15k ago. But anyway I've got to get new ball joints. I can't beleive the alignment shop didn't check them when they aligned the front end. I've got about a 1/2" of play in the right side knuckle and maybe a 1/4" in the left. Off to search for ball joint threads...
