I'm guessing you're wanting a bolt on solution, but what I did was to use an aftermarket stock replacement stabilizer (forget the part number, but its a Pro-Comp or Rancho unit thats designed as a stock replacement for a Chevy straight axle truck). The come with replacement bolts to replace the tapered ones in the tie rod. I cut off the tapered end, then found a suitable place to weld one to the frame, and one to the linkage. Worked out pretty well, its nicely tucked up so its protected and you don't notice it.
