steering stabilizer - best one?

Looking to replace my stock steering stabilizer. Any good or bad experiences? I am considering a Rancho and was told it will improve tracking. Thanks for any input.

I got 150K out of a rancho on my 85 4runner before it started leaking.

Which shock did you use for the steering stabilizer?

My front end is starting to twitch a bit and it might be time to replace the stabilizer. I have about 18,500 miles in 8 months.

Also, how much trouble is it to replace the shock myself?

Rancho works o. k. for me. Certainly much more beeeeeeeefier than stock . They can be a bugger to get off though.
