Trying to identify a strange steering noise

Upgreads to front end , 05 ,2500 ,diesel , 4x4

Mine are from NFab. Look very similar to the tough country bars, but the steps on the NFab's are pointed down a little more. Nice bars with the steps placed very well, but I wish they mounted to the truck a little different though. You have to drill holes in the pinch seam under the cab, which is way more durable than you would think, (trust me), but I would still like a no drill install better.

No they are not. They are powder coated.

yea, I had black power coated ones also and they are rusted badly, they were Westin and they had a warranty but it was so hard to get a settlement I gave up. They rust from the inside out, all these tube styles need to have drain holes or something. Around the weld areas are bad too, probably bad prep before the power coat.
 
I have White Knuckle Offroad rocksliders on my longbed. They are DOM tubing and they mount around the frame. No drilling into your rocker panels. They are powder coated and will

last 10 times as long as any tube step garbage. They are strong enough to be a jacking point on your truck.

Those are really nice but I don't think they will work with my slide in camper tie down anchors
