So to start off with I'm not some skinny guy, I'm currently 6'3" 375 lbs. I am looking for some replacement steps for my 2012 Ram 3500 Crew Cab. At one time I had some but they were those weak crappy rocker panel mounted ones from the factory. I am searching for some that mount to the cab bolts on the frame, if they have some supports or something that also use the rocker panel mounts that might be ok if I can rig something up to work. My rocker panel steps ripped off and damaged most of the holes and yes I'm aware it's most likely due to my giant azz but that's besides the point lol.

Apparently the factory ones are fine for average folks.
I bought aftermarket ones that tie into the factory holes, I would not recommend them to a big fella such as yourself.
I think the ones Ozy posted would fit the bill though.

I have never liked factory steps and the majority of aftermarket ones aren’t much better. I made my own and mounted them to the frame. They do not attach to the cab at all. I don’t care how much you weigh, you will not break these.
If you have a welding shop close to you, stop in there and ask what they would charge to make you a set.
