Steps or Bars

Does anyone have a good lead on some decent Step Bars or steps for an 06 Mega 2500? I figure that I have 8 wks to wait or so might was well start getting all the toys ready to install once I get the truck.

I have Westin Step Boards on my 05, they really protect against rock chips.

You might do a search for "steps" or "Step bars" or something like that. PLENTY of info on the site.

I recently went through the same dilemma as you trying to figure out what would look right. I personally think that nerf bars give the truck more of a "rugged" or "beefy" look and give you some decent protection if your going to be driving over any rough terrain including snow banks which melt, refreeeze, and turn to ice (they do serious damage, trust me). It's just a matter of personal taste. I recently added some Back Country nerf bars. I ordered them from my local Line X dealer ($260 for the bars and $90 to have them Line X'd). I'll post a pictures in my gallery soon. My truck is black and they match perfectly. These should last quite awhile. Good luck w/ your decision.
