What was his deal today. Seemed in my opinion it was his fault on the crash. But what can you expect for his 1st time back for a while. He blamed the lapped car and I didn't see it that way. Just Darlington... .

yeah guys, steve did look a little impatient, but even ricky craven said it was compton's fault. my take is that while maybe steve should have waited, compton should have lifted for an obviously much faster car... ... JMVHO

Park blew it!

This one is on Park. He drove under the #14 and couldn't hold it down, drifting up causing the wreck. No reason to take that kind of chance so early in a 400 mile race. Then he whines to the reporter, ragging on the rookie for a wreck he caused! Get a clue Steve! Go watch the film and apoligize! Typical Chevy driver!

There is no way it was Comptons fault,Compton was holding his line,Park went low and had to much speed, his car slid up the track and into Compton.

Compton said on tv he didnt want to back out to quick were Craven would have hit him in the back,well it happened that way anyway.
