Steve's Ladder Bars

It has been a while since I have seen any info posted on Steve StLaurents ladder/traction bars. Everyone still happy with them??



Also where do you get em these days? Is Enterprise Engine still selling them??

JR2. . If you read all the posting on them you'll remember how they are to work...

WELL the good news is they do exactly as Steve said. . they work very well. .

I got mine for the traction reasons as well a snow issues on a dually [spring wind up and jerking like mad in deep snow going up my steep hill in the heavy snows]. . these are the cure and another thing I found out is they help alot on very twisty mountain roads I live on. . better braking control. . it helps to brake straight and leave the turns much more controlled [if'n ya like to drive 'em like a slot car]. .

I would buy them again in a heartbeat !!

Again thanks to Steve for all his effort in bringing these to the market. .

I assume they are still purchased thru Enterprise

I already talked to Northern 4X4 at the sportsman show... the owner said no problem to install. He was rather interested in them and the construction of them. Can you make the meeting in the 26th??

I won't be able to make the 26th.

I'll be leaving on the 14th for the states, with a couple of day stop at Pier's. Will be back in Alaska on approx. the 13th and maybe in Anchorage on the 14th of Feb.

Our ferry is in dry dock for a month(Jan 15-Feb12)

Sorry I can't make it!! Maybe the next one!!

I finished the wiring harness for the Espar tonite and probably will test it tomorrow!!

Well, using investigative reporting as my cover, I was granted permission to crawl under The Great White Dodge.

Steves bars are in as good as shape as the day were put on.

Not one problem. Dave is happy with them.



As for two other trucks that put on brand X and brand Y bars at the same time for 1/2 price, they had problems all summer. Bolt on mounts breaking mostly.

They work great. Zero problems. These things are bulletproof. I bought mine direct from Steve, since I was the Short-bed prototype test truck.
