Anybody know of some place to pick up factory 2500 16x8's (preferably cheap:D)? I have the 16x6. 5's and am looking to step up;)

Check E-Bay. When I needed a second set for my snow tires, I found several sets being auctioned.

A used set of 4 aluminum OEM 16x8's with caps and lubs usually top out at about $300.

WKener, if you could settle for a set of aftermarket (American Racing wheels I believe), I have a set of 4 w/ caps and lug nuts for $200. They came with the BFG tires I bought and I just put the tires on my oem wheels. Admin-- if this response isn't allowed here, my apologies and feel free to delete.

Thanks guys. I checked ebay last night, and I found only one set for auction... They had a little while to go and were already up over $300, so I decided to keep looking:D

wyosteve, PM sent.

Rogue, they will fit but it will take a little grinding on the back drums... At least that is my understanding.

I've been driven nuts since day one, when all I wanted to do was get a decent set of aftermarket wheels (something better than these cheesy alloys) that would take a 265 or 285 series tire, but have the SAME offset/backspacing as factory---maybe just a hair wider. And it appears that on our trucks, no one makes wheels without a large amount of offset that just fit over those big drums. Sooo I too would like an extra set of wheels but no clue what to do... ... ... what you are doing may be the only answer!
