i know i know search right? well i did for about 2 hours and nothing maby i suck at it but im looking for some picks of stock or leveled 3rd gen 4x4 25-3500s with pluss size tires on stock or stock ish rims let me know what you think of them and if you would do it again. these stock rugged trails suck balls no traction ever and they look like the tires on a stock 300 yuck. thanks all and if you have a link post that as well.

I just put on NITTO 295's:

https://www.turbodieselregister.com/forums/showthread.php?t=142399

And the one thing I dont like about them is the sidewall flex. I used to be able to get pretty hot-footed through the corners, Now the truck wants to wag its tail because of the tire, IMO

I also get some torque steer with these tires... It least I think it is the tire, Was not there before tire switch...

I wish I would have gotten the e-rated toyo's

I noticed the same thing when I first put my Nittos on. I bumped the air up to 65 psi and put on a dual steering stabilizer. Between the two, the truck seemed to settle back down. Maybe I have just gotten used to the ride but I do not notice the softer sidewalls now. I really like these tires, especially the improvement in traction. If they will go 40k plus I will probably go again. About 17k on them so far. How much air you got in those things?

I'm running these LT315/70-R17 Cooper Discoverer ATR's. Happy so far. Little hum at 70 mph. Not lifted or leveled. Truck looks great. Slightly rubs at the last 1/4 turn. No biggie.

I have 315's on mine and wish that I didnt do it. Should have saved up for 19. 5's. If you put them on stock wheels and tow, or snow plow, its not a good feeling. Theres a ton a sidewall flex even @50 psi. My dad just put 265/70/19. 5's on his dually and the 265's are the same height as mine without that annoying rubbing. And the sidewall has zero flex with the 40 footer hooked and loaded. Mine were bulging from a 18' car hauler with a s10 on it  But it sure looks and rides better(unloaded) Send me a pm if you want pics, cause i dont know how to post em, only know how to e-mail :(

hmmm... Dual steering stabilizer huh?

I currently run 60psi in them - I plan on re-balancing all 4 and getting an alignment right after and see if that helps the torque steer - When I say TQ steer, I mean when I pin the throttle on the highway, I change lanes to the left, when I left off quickly, I go to the right... Sucks BIG TIME

And when I donw shift hard (high RPM, High retarding) I can feel the back end of the truck shift to the left

I will try 65psi as well...
