What is the stock max boost on a 04. 5 600? My gauge say about 25psi before the wastegate brings it down to about 20psi. With the DRB it says about 45 psi if you subtract bar you get about 30psi. What is right?

I've got a programmer, but I've un-plugged it and ran it stock. I've also got a guage on the pillar and the Attitude. I can hit 33psi bone stock, then it will settle 30psi. With the juice turned up to 5x5 and the flood gates wide open, it will hit 42psi and settle around 38psi.

I have an '05 325/600

Mine will max at about 32 PSI and then come back down to 30 PSI. Pulling hills with a load it will stay right around 28. Truck is totally stock until it becomes a little smarter in a few months.

according to issue #51 page #62 in the TDR mag boost charts for stock engines shows 30 psi for all 600 and 610 stock engines.

Thats what I thought. The DRB and the factory electronics is correct. The DRB will show boost before the gauge will. Is there anyway to calibrate the gauge.

My gauges "save" the highest readings to look at later. I normally see 30-31 as a high when observing the gauge but it sometimes "saves" a reading as high as 34. I think this is probably just a momentary spike before the wastegate opens. Truck is stock, no mods.

Mine goes to 38, with the Juice on stock? Thought that was normal. Does not turn on CEL or show any problem codes. If 30 is normal maybe I have a stuck wastegate, but if so I would expect to see the CEL and the ECM defueling to cut the boost, and it certainly isn't. Stock power is great, and always has been.
