Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Stock Fuel Filter Flow Rating?

What information is available on the flow rating @ 15psi of the stock fuel filter assembly (1999 model). Just trying to get an idea if this is a major restriction in GPH when switching to a better lift pump, pusher pump, etc. I was thinking an aftermarket filter would be a good upgrade too. With some pumps like the PE4100, 4200 putting out high GPM's, I wouldn't want to stress a stock fuel filter physically. Or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Just what I've heard.........

I haven't been able to find it in writing but 45 GPH is what I've heard the rating is. It sounds about right for the size fliter we have.
