About 20 years ago I bought and installed an aluminum plate to mount a second stock pump to the filter housing. so if the OEM pump failed I had a back up. One of the pumps has developed a leak and at my age on my back I can't reach them. Can anyone help me? I don't remember the size of the fasteners.

The screws holding the pump onto the filter housing are Allen head, I just went out and checked. They are 5mm. A 3/16 fits but is .008 or so smaller and a little bit loose. 5mm is correct. I removed my pump and installed an intank pump kit, but the original screws were reused to attach the elbow fitting in place of the pump.

Thanks for the help Charles. At one there is a stud type bolt that comes out of the mounting plate and takes the place of the inner most 5mm screw. The nut has fallen off. Do y0u know the size?
