Anyone know how many CC's from a stock 96 180 hp. pump?. The reason I ask I had PDR do my fuel pump and they said I would be able to get 600 HP from 350 cc"s with enough air. Beleve me I'm not second guessing PDR it just sounded a little conservative to me. Thanks Everyone, What a great website! Have been listening for years!

My truck 2 years ago was suppose to be 325cc in Valet mode, that made 550 hp... . no water.

If you could get the air to make that power it would be lean and would fly on a 50/50 water mix.

Thats good news, it sounds like thats going to put me right where I want to be. I'm using the 35/16 ht3b (POR Twins very nice Kit easy install) DTT, Snow II , ARP studs I don't suppose there is a way to lean this puppy on the bottom end? Smoke is an issue. Thinking of going to smaller injectors. 370's now. 191 DV's

The 370 are smokey, period. I had a set, and got rid of them The DDP4 I have now, smoke on command, but burn MUCH cleaner, and are bigger. MUCH easier to control the smoke, even on accel, unless you stomp on the skinney pedal. ;)

SF,

How did the twins work out for you ? :confused:

I'm thinking of the twins, how is the lag & low end take off ? Did you relocate the oil filter ? :p

Don't go to the 370's, try thr DDP4's as bmoeller said. They are much better than the 370 or DD3's. :-{}

Where do you get DDP4's from? If its from dieselperformanceproducts.com all I see is stuff about propane :confused:

The DDP4's are from Piers Diesel. They were developed recently to help with the smoke issues that effect our trucks after mods. Oo.

Actually they are from Dynomite Diesel Performance (DDP) but PDR is selling them.

The twins are unreal! I shouldn't say too much now because I don't have that many miles on them yet. But what a rush! I started with a TST # 5 plate, That Plate alone made me say to myself I'm Hooked I WANT IT ALL. So I set a HP Goal @aprox 600 HP and went for it! POR Twins, Pump, studs,DTT, meth. I know it sounds like a lot of money but if you read this form and listen to guys like Jim Fulmer and many others that have been through it you can save lots of money! Thanks Everyone for all your posts. Like nike says JUST DO IT. I have to say there has been only one problem and thats the lower Turbo oil drain tube. Going into the side of the oil pan, if for some reason you don't get the drain tube welded correct, your screwed. I have a nice leaking oil pan which I'll probably have to change out, and from what I understand thats not fun.
