2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission stock steering stablizer

i would like to replace the stock. s . with a rancho stablizer for a1999 3/4 ton 4x4 i cant seem to find out from any one which is correct one i have been told to use rs 5403 for 1994 to1998 with 8800 g. v. w. or rs5404 for 1994 1999 could anybody thats done this on a 99 help me out with this. also have d. s. s. thank you Al Mendes.
