Hey guys I have a quick question. I'm going to need my stock 03 HO's turbo pushing as much air as posible here very soon. I will have an afe mega cannon, straight piped, gauges, edge ez and bully dog power pup. The twin turbos will be on by the end of fall, but until than I know I will be running fuel heavy. I have the connections to have people tune my turbo if anything is tunable? The only thing I've done so far is pop off the silencer ring. Any suggestions for more air would be greatly appriciated. Thanks guys! :D

Bottom line is your still limited to the ammount of air the turbo flows to burn the fuel. The compressor wheel will be the limiting factor in your set up so no matter how big you go on the exahust side. Now while there is some relief if you get a bigger exhaust housing which I do not believe is available for the 3rd gen( I may be wrong, If I am some one correct me), your best bet is to same the money for the twins and run the ez for now and watch your egts since the more fuel you add without adding air will raise egts.

Put on a Super Phat Shaft 62, run it for a few months and you'll forget about the twins,

if you still want twins for the cool factor us the SPS62 on top.

I really hate to ask this now because it's an opinion question, but is one phat 62 better than say the BD twin set up, will it give me more cfm, and more importantly will it make my truck faster than with twins? :-laf

I know that a single phat 66 will make more HP then BD twins, im not sure about the 62 though. I'd say get a 66 or a better set of twins not BD's tiny twins.

NO WAY! the tiny BD twins will outperform a SPS 66 (more CFM and cooler air charge) plus they will spool about the same and the twins will easily out tow the 66 (trust me on that one!) The SPS 66 is an awesome single but its not a set of twins.

Hey guys i just wanted to thank you for your posts and help. I called the guys down at industrial injection and decided to go with them and the silver bullet turbo! I was very impressed with their products. 700 hp here i come! :D
