Storm damage

How did everyone fare during the recent tornadoes in the south?We were very lucky,2 tornadoes touched down within 3 miles of our house. There was a lot of damage(F3's). We only had hale damage, punched holes in the vinyl sideing of the house and garage and broken garage windows. Just wondering if everyone was ok!

We faired ok but some severe wind knocked about 20 shingles off the roof.



So I had a project the next morning!!

We had golf ball size hail in Dickson. Here's some pics from Charlotte, about 15 miles north of Dickson. The fellow on the bike pulled into the car wash for cover, then ran into the old store and found an 80 year old woman watching the weather on TV. He dragged her out, against her will, to try to get in the basement of the store and couldn't get in. The tornado snatched her out of his arms and bounced them both around in the basement door access. He said he had on boots, leather pants, a leather jacket, and a helmet and he got beat up pretty bad. The lady only had on a dress. He said he can't believe she's alive. If she'd have stayed in the store I'm sure she'd be dead. They had to dig them both out from under the rubble.
