I leave the house every morning at 5:30 and by the looks of the houses down the street everyone is still asleep when I leave. I do idle it out of the neighborhood, and so far I have had no complaints. I had one of the neighbors said it sure sounded great. Lite foot it out of the neighborhood and they won't know the diference. But also if you bump the go pedal a couple of times, you can set off car alarms.....

Enjoy the difference!! #ad

I "lost" the cat and tried the no muffler route. It was just too loud
and "cheap" sounding for me while driving in town, but it did turn a lot
of heads...
When I built my 4" exhaust, I used a 4" straight through racing
muffler. This took the obnoxious bark out of the exhaust but left the
low rumble that really turns heads without getting people upset or
giving diesels a bad name. At high RPM, it really has a distinct sound
that sounds great!!
Food for thought... ...

Gotta love straight pipes!!! Now if you really are out to turn heads and hear a sweet sound put a stack on. MMMM GOOD! Passengers grumble about it some if you ride with the windows down, but if the windows are up it won't be too bad. Try it and you'll love it!
