Straight Piping a '99 24 valve...

Need to know the pipe size coming off of the turbo. I am going to do this one myself, but have limited access to shop time. I need to have everything with me. I will have access to a mandrel for bending and a MIG welder. Any help would be appreciated.

Factory is 3''. If you are doing it yourself, why not go to 3 1/2 or 4" all the way back?

i just ordered a downpipe from doug at smokin diesel, he had an "outdated" Bully Dog 4" down pipe that he made me a good deal on. i also ordered a 4" tailpipe from him. with a piece of 4" pipe and some clamps you could do the job fairly easily. sticks of 4" pipe should be available from some local big truck parts place--truck pro, etc.
