I did a search on this but couldn't find anything so here goes... .
I am noticing a strange noise and vibration after I depress the clutch to shift. It sounds like the backpressure you get on a gasser as the RPMs drop while you are changing gears. I find it odd because the truck only started to do it within the passed 3 weeks. I don't recall it doing it when it was new. I never touched the radio for the first month I drove the truck and would have noticed it then. At first I thought I was barking the turbo, BUT... The noise and vibration seem to be coming from the driver side firewall area near where the fuel pumps are. Also, it only does it when I wind up to about 2300 or so before I shift, under 2000 and there is no noise/ vibration.
Nothing has been done to the truck except for an oil change at 4,500 miles. I don't have any gauges yet so I can't tell if the FP or boost are doing anything goofy.
Any ideas fellers?
