Hey all, yesterday morning got in my truck and was driving to school, only to find out that my cruise control no longer works! The light comes on but no cruise control. No biggy, don't need CC anyways! Well that afternoon while driving home my ABS and Brake warning lights come on. Whenver i shut the truck down they turn off and don't come back on again until i hit about 60-65 mph. Checked all the fuses, and they are all good. Did visual "inspection" and every thing looks good, the brake fluid is full, etc. Then this morning while driving to school my WASH LOW light came on as well, so i don't know what is going on with this rig. Brakes work great and nothing seems to be wrong but these lights kind of make a guy worry a bit. Any input would be great

Thanks everyone

Dose your speedometer work OK?. I had the ABS and Brake light problem and the Cruse control didn't work plus the speedometer didn't work. Turned out to be the speed sensor on the differential.

Well I went and got a new ABS sensor for the rear differential... . switched it out and it still don't work. I searched all over the site and that sensor was about the only thing i could find that would cause my problems.

On my 2000, the cruise stopped working lke yours with the light on. Was a eaten through vacumn line under the drivers side battery (battery acid/fumes,common problem, learned about it from TDR, thanks Illflem!!!). Simple fix was replacing the bad portion of bad line, with believe 6" of 1/8" plastic tubing. Been working fine now for over 2 years.
