Strange rought idle but only sometimes

several people said I need to use a injector cleaner. I use Lucas or Power Service Diesel Clean on al most every fill up. I try to use one or the other on every fill up. Am I using the injector cleaner to often? Am I doing more harm than good? I wonder if my problem has any thing to do with me using a Flashpaq programmer?



Thanks for all the good info so far keep it coming. I am sure someone will come up with something.

Same annoying symptoms intermittently even when it's warm out. Ran some PS through and towed to the Keys, hasn't come back in a while. Sorry for no explanation but it makes me feel better I'm not the only one. By the way truck has 52K and runs great even with the rare rough idle.
