Now that I have done my injectors, turbo, chip I am wanting to go to twins. My question is I am thinking I will stay around 50 psi of boost. Do I need to oring, or should I just install a new headgasket and studs? Also are there any "tougher" headgaskets out there or is stock it? Thanks in advance.

Don't know if there is a tougher gasket but if you are going to pull the head off it's not that much more money to at least have it checked for flatness and do an O-Ring if able, it's just like insurance, studs too if the budget allows it.

Thanks for the reply Jim, I was definately going to go with studs, I was just curious as to what boost studs and a stock gasket would hold, but like you said I will probably have it milled and oringed also.

Sometimes this setup holds like a champ and other times it isn't any better than stock. I ran studs and a stock gasket with less than 50 psi boost and blew a gasket... ... Personally if I were you I would O-ring the head, go with a 12v 20 over marine gasket (the water jacket holes can be punched out for the 24v trucks), O-ring the head and install 12mm studs. This setup will yeild a trouble free setup that will last.
