I recently had Dynomite diesels injectors and a TS MP-8 put in my truck. With the TS turned all the way down I am getting a stumble at about 2600rpms in 2nd gear, and maybe 3rd. doesn't happen in any other gear. Ithought this was only happening when TS was turned all the way down but it happened yesterday with it turned up a little bit. It feels like a big block car getting up to rpm and running out of fuel almost like I'm hitting a rev limiter. Do I need a FASS or something? I am wondering if the stock pump can't keep up with my 90 hp injectors.

Thanks in advance, Mike

I kind of was wondering if that might have been what was happenning. I did notice when I was esier on the pedal it didn't stumble. It deffinitely felt like a fuel issue. Whats the best way to get it to stop defueling?

I kinda doubt it is a defueling issue at 2600 rpm's. Defuel is 3100 on these trucks. I would get a fuel pressure gauge on it and see what is happening. Even without the TS you may be running the rail dry with the bigger injectors. These trucks have a barely adequate fuel supply for stock application and adding anything is liable to cause rail pressure drop.

Sounds to me like you're draining the rail. I've done that a couple times myself the last couple of weeks, since I upgraded my injectors, especially if I have the TST turned on.

Will putting a 150 fass on the truck cure this problem?
