Stuttering/Surging from 1700-2600 with over 20lbs. of boost then "cleans" itself out and runs fine from 2700 up to 3200 making 32lbs. This has happen since the temperature went below freezing (late Nov. )

Any cure for the stuttering & surging with an EZ in the cold wx?

Can the IAT be tricked into thinking it is warmer?

Kind of a bummer when you can only use your EZ 3/4 of a year.

Truck runs fine without the EZ hooked up.

Lift pump pressure is checked 4. 0

Fuel filter is new.

EZ was replaced with a new one that was built 16 Jan. 04..... the old EZ did the same thing. Can feel the EZ fueling at lower rpms/boost it is just above 20lbs or so of boost and 1700-about 2600 that is stutters.

Do a search using "hesitation" or surge" - also note other recent threads right here currently in this forum - sit back and plan a LOOOooong time reading!;)

No use to reinvent the wheel - this subject is pretty well beat to death here on a regular basis...
