check this thing out. i cant remember what the price was but i think i paid a little bit less than this for mine. this thing really rocks, perfect fit, can really hear the bass and is very tunable and responds well to a variety of frequencies. and for under 300 bucks you cant beat it. you will lose the fold a flat storage piece and that is the only way to get subs under the back seat.
