Sucking Air

I read a while ago that those 2nd gens were using a monster air filter, (3-5 page thread). Has anyone tried this on our gen trucks??

All of the 2nd Gen trucks I've seen with different than stock air filters are no bigger than 1st Gen stock filters. I didn't see that thread though.
