This afternoon I lost half my pressure. drained the water seperator, new fuel filter, no change. Bled the line to my gauge sender, checked for leaks. Nada.

She also bulids pressure very slowly. I have a new aftermarket system, and I wonder, other than the new pump, what to blame? Any ideas welcome.

I have had problems with reading correct pressure when I have hooked into the Schrader valve on the VP. Now I use a "T" in the 1/2" AirDog line just before it enters the VP.

Also, swap sending unit with a known good one and see what happens. Just because it is getting fuel does not mean it senses correctly. Alternately, check FP with a mechanical gauge temporarily plumbed in.

Godspeed,

Trent

Thanks, going into the shop in the am anyway, gonna throw a calibrated mech gauge on it, but I am almost sure it is a defective spring that controls the return

flow to the tank, pinched the return line and pressure spiked.

I will let you all know how it shakes out.
