Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Suddenly no oil pressure

Where is the oil pressure sending unit located on a 95 cummins?

On the left lower side of the block. On a '95 probably near the power steering pump. You can hook a gauge to the fitting on the oil filter housing to do a quick check.

Thanks, I'll look closer in that area.
I just rebuilt the vacuum pump with Gould parts and must have
disconnected the darn thing. When I fired it up I couldn't get any oil
pressure in the stock gage. Scared the Heck out of me for a little while
there. Then I decide to disconnect the oil line to the vacuum pump to see if
I had caused a air bubble or something that prevented flow to show pressure
and sure enough it can really spit out the oil.

Thanks friends for the help.
Sure wish I new it was dysfunctional while I had the vacuum pump
and steering pump removed. Would have been a lot easier to replace then.
It appears that the vacuum pump kit from Gould has done the trick. Should have done it a
year ago.
I noticed that there is a cover (cardboard of some sort) on the left side of the engine that is behind the injector pump
that is cracked & a little warped and away from the engine. Is this just an insulation panel and should I be concerned?

It is insulation sound deading material. It is the tappet cover.

Are you sure you didn't just knock the wire off the sensor?

Mine was broken nearly in half and it's no wonder it didn't work.
The new one solved the problem and I've got good constant oil pressure

Easy to break the sensor upon removing the vacuum pump if doing it for the first time.
