Carry a 140 amp fuse in your CTD.



Thought the alternator had quit us the other night, but it turned out to be the alternator fuse. Had to get a motel room to wait for a shop to open and then there was no 140 amp fuse to be had in the whole town. The nearest one was about 80 miles away. Finally bought the only 2 100 amp fuses in town and made to the closest dealership. One simple little part cost us about 20 hours, hotel room, meals and some entertaimment money!

How are the...

the trannys and clutches holding up? I remember you having problems a while back. All good now?

As for the transmission and clutches all are doing good.



But now she is having trouble with it staying in 4WD, I am pretty sure it's in the T-case. Since she lives in TX and I live in WY it's kinda hard to look at it real close, she was here in town for a day and I looked at it briefly but did not have much time.
